What's inside

Twenty-seven sessions written with care — every one with clear opt-outs and not a single clinical claim.

19 guided meditations

Breathing, body scans, focus, gratitude and more — short enough for a work break, long enough to settle in.

8 sleepcasts

Slow, deliberately uneventful stories written to be drifted through, not followed. Sentences shorten as they go.

Paced breathing

Sessions like 4-7-8 with a visual pace to follow — and permission to come out of any hold at any point.

Walking meditation

Take your practice outside, with attention on each step and the ground beneath it.

Loving-kindness

A classic practice handled with unusual care — start with a mildly difficult person, not the hardest one.

Grounding SOS

A short session for hard moments, built to let a feeling move through without you having to fix it.

By design

A meditation app should be the quietest thing on your phone — private, offline, and undemanding.

Fully offline

Every session is generated and narrated on your device. No streaming, no cloud, no connection needed.

Narrated on device

Sessions are spoken by the voices already on your iPhone — download an enhanced voice for richer narration.

Apple Health, write-only

Mindful minutes can be saved to Apple Health. The app only writes — it never reads your health data.

No account, no sign-in

Open the app and press play. That's the whole flow.

No ads, no tracking

No analytics, no third-party SDKs. The App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.

Gentle by design

Non-judgmental scripts with clear opt-outs — “skip anything that does not suit your body today.”

Frequently asked questions

The narration sounds robotic — can I improve it?

Yes. Prism Meditate uses the system voices on your iPhone. For much richer narration, download an enhanced or premium voice in Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices, then pick it in the app.

Is my data collected?

No. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Sessions run entirely on your device and nothing leaves it.

What does the app do with Apple Health?

If you allow it, the app writes your completed sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. The permission is optional, and the app never reads any of your health data.

Is Prism Meditate a medical app?

No. It offers guided relaxation and meditation for general wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Is breathwork safe for me?

The breathing sessions are gentle and always optional — you can come out of any hold at any point, and you should breathe normally whenever that feels better. Never practice breath-holding exercises while driving or in water, and check with a doctor first if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition.
