Prism Meditate — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prism Data Group ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Prism Meditate application for iPhone (the "App"). The App is built so that your practice stays with you: there are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking, and Prism Data Group operates no servers for it. Its App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

1. Information we collect

We collect no data from the App. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party code. It makes no network requests of its own, and Prism Data Group receives nothing from it — not your session history, not your settings, not your device identifiers, and not any usage information.

2. Data stored on your device

Everything the App keeps is stored locally on your device only:

• Your session history: which meditations and sleepcasts you have completed, and when.
• Your settings: chosen narration voice, speaking rate, reminders, and appearance preferences.

This data does not reach us, and it is removed when you delete the App.

3. Narration

Sessions are narrated by Apple's text-to-speech voices installed on your device. Narration is generated entirely on the device; nothing you listen to is streamed, and no audio or text is sent anywhere. Downloading additional voices is a feature of iOS and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

4. Apple Health

If you grant permission, the App saves your completed sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. This access is write-only: the App never reads any data from Apple Health, and it cannot see anything other apps have stored there. Health data is managed by iOS under Apple's privacy policy, stays on your device (or in your encrypted iCloud Health storage, if you have that enabled), and is never available to us. You can decline or revoke the permission at any time in the Health app; the App works fully without it.

5. Notifications

If you enable a practice reminder, it is a local notification scheduled on your device. No notification data leaves the device.

6. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information — we do not have any. The App contains no third-party SDKs. The only third party involved is Apple, through the system features described above.

7. Support

If you contact support, we receive what you send us (your name, email address, and message) and use it only to help you. We do not add you to marketing lists.

8. Children's privacy

Prism Meditate is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — the App is designed so that it cannot.

9. Your choices

• Decline or revoke the Apple Health permission at any time; the App works fully without it.
• Turn reminders off at any time in the App or in iOS Settings.
• Delete the App to erase all locally stored data.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles data — for example, if a future version adds optional sync or subscriptions — we will update this page, revise the effective date above, and update the App's App Store privacy label.
