Privacy Policy
Effective May 5, 2026
Prism Data Group ("we", "us", or "our") operates prismdatagroup.com and the suite of software products listed on this site (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our Services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve our Services:
- Information you provide. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Automatic information. Our servers automatically log standard request data — IP address, user agent, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
- Verification data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots on our forms. Turnstile may collect limited device and network signals to perform that check.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and deliver waitlist updates you've asked for.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your email address for advertising purposes or share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to run the Services. These providers process information only on our instructions and only for the purposes described here. Current providers include:
- Resend — transactional email delivery (waitlist confirmations, contact-form notifications).
- Cloudflare — bot detection via Turnstile.
- Hosting providers — to run our application and database infrastructure.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Waitlist signups are retained until you ask to be removed. Contact-form submissions are retained as part of our regular email records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and rate-limited APIs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
