Beam Bender — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prism Data Group ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Beam Bender mobile application (the "App"). Beam Bender is designed to collect no data at all.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our own systems. Beam Bender has no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising SDKs. The game is fully playable offline and makes no network requests of its own.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Which levels you have completed and your best move count per level.
• Timestamps of when the App last showed the system review prompt, so it is not shown too often.

This information is kept in the device's standard local storage (UserDefaults). It never reaches us and is removed when you delete the App.

2. Feedback and sharing

The "Send Feedback" button opens your own email app addressed to us; nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and we receive only what you write. The "Share" button uses the standard iOS share sheet, which is handled entirely by iOS. Ratings and reviews use Apple's standard in-app review prompt, operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising

The current version of the App does not show third-party advertising. If a future version adds advertising, the ad provider may collect device identifiers and ad-related data. Before any such change ships we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label, and where required by law we will ask for your permission first.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any.

5. Children's privacy

Beam Bender is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Your choices

You can erase all locally stored data at any time by deleting the App.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
