Blocktionary — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Blocktionary application (the "App") provided by Prism Data Group ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions (Blocktionary Pro)

Blocktionary Pro is an auto-renewing subscription priced at $0.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions after purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and not to use it in violation of any applicable law.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
