Cavern Drift — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Cavern Drift mobile application (the "App"), published by Prism Data Group. By downloading or playing the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms.

2. Game Center conduct

The optional leaderboard and score challenges use Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Do not cheat, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage, or harass other players. We may take steps to protect the integrity of the leaderboard.

3. Scores and leaderboards

Distance scores and collected gems are stored locally on your device; leaderboard entries are provided for entertainment. Either may be reset, adjusted, or changed as the game evolves, and we make no guarantee of their continued availability across updates.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Data Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
