Emoji Match Party — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Emoji Match Party mobile application (the "App"), published by Prism Data Group. By downloading or playing the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms.

2. Game Center conduct

Online play uses Apple's Game Center and is subject to Apple's terms. Do not cheat, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantage, harass other players, or disrupt matches. We may take steps to protect the integrity of online play and the leaderboard.

3. Scores and leaderboards

Scores, matches, and leaderboards are provided for entertainment. They may be reset, adjusted, or changed as the game evolves, and we make no guarantee of their continued availability.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Data Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
