Four Solve — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Four Solve mobile application (the "App"), published by Prism Data Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA governs your use of the App.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

3. Four Solve Pro subscription

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Four Solve Pro, which unlocks additional features such as unlimited practice puzzles.

Price: $0.99 (USD) per month, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment processing: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. We do not process or store any payment information.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy. Requests for refunds should be directed to Apple.

4. No accounts and no data collection

The App does not require an account and does not collect personal data. Gameplay progress is stored only on your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Prism Data Group and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prism Data Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and Prism Data Group only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the updated Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Prism Data Group is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
