Genie Generator QR Code — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Genie Generator QR Code app ("Genie QR," "the app," "we," "us") handles information when you use it. The app is a native iOS utility for generating and scanning QR codes, designed to work entirely on your device.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The app does not require an account, and we operate no servers that receive your data.
How the app uses device features
To do its job, the app uses certain on-device capabilities. In each case the data is processed locally for the feature you requested and is not sent to us:

The QR codes you create — including any text, links, contact details, or Wi-Fi credentials you enter — are generated locally and stay on your device unless you choose to share or save them.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not use cookies, the advertising identifier (IDFA), App Tracking Transparency, or any tracking technology. We do not build a profile of you or your activity.
Data sharing
Because we do not collect your data, we have nothing to sell or share. The only third parties involved are Apple's own system services (geocoding and App Store purchases), which act as part of iOS to deliver features you request.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. Data tied to device permissions (camera, photos, location) is controlled by you in the iOS Settings app at any time.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change in a future version, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
