Prism Arcade — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Prism Data Group ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Prism Arcade mobile application (the "App") and the web arcade at arcade.prismdatagroup.com. Prism Arcade is designed to collect as little as possible: no accounts, no advertising, no tracking.

1. Information we collect

The App has no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising SDKs. Every game is fully playable offline. The only information that ever leaves your device is what you choose to submit to a leaderboard:

• A display name you type yourself (up to 16 characters) and the score of the run, with a timestamp, sent to our leaderboard database when you tap "Submit Score". Submitting is always optional — skipping it changes nothing about gameplay.

The App also stores the following locally on your device only:

• Your personal best score for each game.
• Your most recently played games (to arrange the home screen).
• The display name you last used, so it can be pre-filled.

Local data lives in the device's standard storage (UserDefaults), never reaches us, and is removed when you delete the App.

2. Leaderboards and display names

Submitted scores appear on public leaderboards shared between the App and the web arcade, visible to all players. Display names are free-text, so please don't use your real name or other personal information in them. Names are automatically filtered for offensive language on your device and again on our server; entries that slip through can be reported to us and will be renamed or removed. A display name is not linked to your identity — we have no way to connect it to you unless you tell us.

3. Where leaderboard data lives

Leaderboard entries (display name, score, game, timestamp) are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, our infrastructure provider, in the United States. Supabase processes this data on our behalf and under their own security practices; we store nothing else about you there.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. Leaderboard entries are public by design (that's what a leaderboard is), but they contain only the display name and score you chose to submit.

5. Children's privacy

Prism Arcade is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Display names should never contain personal information.

6. Your choices

• Play entirely offline and never submit a score — nothing leaves your device.
• Delete the App to erase all locally stored data.
• Ask us to remove or rename any leaderboard entry you submitted by contacting support with the display name, game, and approximate date.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
