Prism Arcade — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Prism Arcade mobile application (the "App"), published by Prism Data Group. By downloading or playing the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms.

2. Leaderboard conduct

Leaderboards are shared with every player of the App and the web arcade. Do not submit display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information, and do not cheat or exploit bugs to submit falsified scores. Names are filtered automatically, and we may rename, remove, or block any entry at our discretion to protect the integrity and tone of the boards.

3. Scores and leaderboards

Personal bests are stored locally on your device; global leaderboard entries are provided for entertainment. Either may be reset, adjusted, or changed as the arcade evolves, and we make no guarantee of their continued availability across updates.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Data Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
