Prism Mail — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Prism Mail application for iPhone (the "App"), published by Prism Data Group. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or business use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms.

2. Your Microsoft account

The App requires a Microsoft 365 account, which is provided by Microsoft (or your organization) under its own terms. You are responsible for your account, for complying with your organization's policies when using a work or school account, and for the content of the messages you send.

3. Free version promotional line

The free version of the App appends a short promotional line for Prism Mail below your signature on outgoing messages. Future paid features, if any, will be described in the App and in the App Store listing at the time they are offered.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to send spam or unlawful content, or in any way that violates Microsoft's terms for your account. We may discontinue support for accounts or usage that abuses the App or the services it connects to.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Email delivery, sync, and availability depend on Microsoft's services, which are outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Data Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any loss of data or messages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
